We were inspired by you.

So many individuals, couples and families have moved to Southern Delaware in search of healthier living.  We've been here for a decade and the transformation of the community has been stunning.

You can hardly refer to the region as a "retirement community" when the residents are engaged in such healthy and life-affirming endeavors.

From the youngest to the oldest, values are changing and so is the focus on fitness, food and fun.  Socializing is no longer an "alcohol required" event and aspiring to strength and an active lifestyle filled with wellness is the new inspiration.
